Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy — DC Hive Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase from DC Hive Products. This policy explains when and how refunds or returns may be offered. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.
 

Change of mind (online orders — UK cooling-off period)

If you buy online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please contact us by email within 14 days and let us know your order number.

Items must be returned:

  • unused

  • in their original packaging

  • in a resellable condition

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price.

Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned, lit, used, or altered unless they are faulty.
 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product and packaging

  • a short description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

We may ask you to return the product before issuing a refund. In these cases, we will cover reasonable return postage.
 

Items not eligible for refund

We may not be able to issue refunds for:

  • items returned used or damaged through misuse

  • items returned without original packaging (unless faulty)

  • items returned after the allowed time period

  • custom or special-order items (unless faulty)
     

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

Order cancellations before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the standard returns process will apply.
 

Returning items

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return details and instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may not be processed.
