Shipping Policy — DC Hive Products

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through DC Hive Products. We currently ship from Scotland within the United Kingdom. If you live outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us first so we can check what’s possible.

Processing time
All candles are made and packed by hand.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5-10 working days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
We don’t dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping methods and costs
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another trusted courier.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.
We don’t currently offer next-day delivery.
Order confirmation & updates
You should receive confirmation of your order after checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder — and if it’s still missing, just contact us and we’ll help.
When your order has been dispatched, we may send a follow-up update depending on the shipping method used.
Delivery times
Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch is:
2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or busy seasonal periods, and are outside our control.
Wrong address or undeliverable orders
Please make sure your delivery details are correct.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If something arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can help.
If a parcel appears lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and try to resolve the issue.
International shipping
We may be able to ship internationally on request. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm costs, delivery times, and any customs charges.
